Metal German Plate with a scene in centre

Pewter plate from Germany with a risen scene .  Horses pulling a wagon with seated female, males to one side. A lot of work around the plate.  On the back, a possible registration insignia “REIN-ZINN,  BMF”  All written in a circle and another mark in centre.  Unsure, what it is worth…$40 or best offer.
